Hi David, can you please post the 2 image files "jig_K.jpg" and "top_K.jpg" ? They need to be sent along with the 3DM model file in order for them to show up on other people's machines, unless you choose the "embed" option inside the Image command which you can get at with the Properties button inside the Image command.

Without those files I can only see just 3 lines in your file and not the background images and so it's difficult to follow along with what you're describing.
