Hi Ron, there appears to be one area where there's a missing surface so there's a hole there and also it looks like the neighboring surface to that area may be a doubled-up stacked surface (2 copies of a surface duplicated in place with some of their edges joined):
To find these areas I used the "Select naked edges" script which I recommend that you set up as a shortcut on your N key so that you can just push N and see which specific areas of the model are not joined together, see here for the script:

That's the main thing you want to use in MoI to help guide you to problem spots. Then you need to zoom in on those areas and take a close look, the "Zoom area" tool on the bottom viewport toolbar can help with that since you can snap the center point for the zoom onto the particular point you want to examine and then drag out a bit of a rectangle for it, and when it has zoomed there that snapped point will also become the rotation pivot point so you can orbit around in the 3D view a bit to examine that area.
