Hi Alex, I guess what I'd probably try first is to cut these curves at these spots:
Then put in a blend like this:
Now join those pieces together so you've got some long curves to use as rails, use this curve as the profile and sweep it along those rails:
That leaves you with a little 3 sided area and you can also fill that in using one curve as a profile and the other 2 as sweep rails.
Sometimes stuff like this can be easier if you have the whole top thing being one big sort of rectangular bowl surface that then gets intersected with some side walls to trim parts of it away to form the final boundary area rather than trying to construct individual surfaces directly to an irregular boundary... That may be a bit hard to do with your particular case here though.
Another possible strategy might be to build the "tail" portion as a separate piece and then do something like blends to connect it to the main part.
