An idea for the future layouting feature

Hi,
after using BIM software for long time, I am slowly taking the decision to leave it. BIM is expensive, slow, complex, and limited.
But of course it has advantages, and one of the most interesting things is the layout/views feature.
To make it short: when making a layout, choose the paper size, then create the viewports you need, and for each viewport you will be able to define a combination of styles to show and hide. This styles combination will be saved for that specific viewport (view), along with the scale.

It would also be good to let the user edit the drawings directly from the layout, by double clicking on a viewport (autocad style).
Last, but not least: hatches. They could be a special type of style.

With some drawing features now missing, MoI would become really versatile for every field, design, architectural plans, mechanical. It would become an all-in-one package, and I would be willing to pay as double the price.

There is no other software around with this much feeling and comfort when drawing, snapping and modeling..
