Maybe i am wrong but seems all volumes made with a Loft on "point" failed to make fillet on their sections!
Even the curvatures are made as near"tangent" on verticies so with a generous "rounding" for avoid the "pinch";)

At this subject does it possible to have something for see when moving this point just after the Loft to point (maybe enleighting it in "a square red") when you have the point just of the middle of convex / concave curvature ?
