Where is the quirk ?

I can't make the fillet directly as the extremeties are pinched and wrinkled but with my little trick that works fine just with the little trim abvove!
Even the extremities are not very well smoothed at start!
I don't know why but the essential is that is working and more efficient for my case than the Cevjon method who works only with / / & horizontal curves and more speedy to make as the trimed curves are yet drawn! :)
