Hi wastzzz, sorry I do not know of any script or automated process in MoI for doing that kind of cleanup. It tends to be difficult for an automated process to deal with big heaps of line segments particularly when there may be spots where 3 or more line segments come to a common juncture point.

Maybe if you have a polygon editing program available you can import the DXF file into the polygon editing program, do a "merge vertices" in there, and then export that back out as a DXF again, or if the polygon editing program will only export polygon data and not lines back out to DXf, instead export out to OBJ format and then use the OBJ to 3DM converter from here: http://moi3d.com/wiki/Resources#Obj23dmWireframe_converter
