On OSX you need to right-click on the Moi app icon, wherever you have installed it to (it's common to place it under /Applications I think), and then on the menu that pops up after you do a right click on the app choose "Show package contents". That will open up another finder window showing you the directory structure inside the app package. On that inside directory structure navigate to drive_c/moi/commands - that's the commands folder you need to copy the plug-in files into.
