I did see that there was a fair amount of feedback to Autodesk about concerns with the cloud only based Fusion 360. They said that they were going to make an improvement to allow 360 to be used without an internet connection. Even with that, it still doesn't appeal to me. I would assume that you'd have to make sure you had a copy of your files on your local machine, as well as the copy that it kept "in the cloud". Like I said before, I think it's a hassle.
I don't mind using the cloud for some added redundancy of my files, I use various methods and services in this manner. I just don't like the idea of using the cloud as my primary source for files or especially for my software and/or applications.
