Hi Rudl,
not sure if this is what you want but it is made up of planar faces.
I constructed a polyline going thro the points shown on your drawing ie base curve
and another on the Z axis curve.
Extrude the base polyline along the path of the Z axis polyline and then trim to
120 degree.
