Like Burr says usually "Class A" refers to the exterior visible surfaces of the automobile. Often times it also means doing G2 continuous surfaces as well.

MoI is not really targeted on that kind of surface, but it does have some curvature continuity tools in it, like G2 blends. But if this is a major focus for you, you might want to use a different tool like Rhino which has some additional continuity controls in it. In the future I want to add more controls for that in MoI as well, but it tends to be a pretty tricky and advanced area in NURBS modeling and so it has not been a focus for MoI so far.
