The easiest way to round those edges is with a form tool, but if you don't have one of those, then CamBam has this feature http://www.cambam.info/doc/plus/cam/SideProfiles.htm which works on any shape of boundary and seems to do exactly what you're asking for with the rounded edges of your model.
