I had the custom scripts in a scripts folder within the MOI install folder. I thought I had read somewhere that MOI could resolve this path. But it seems that it can't. The reason why I don't want to keep the custom scripts in with the rest of the commands is to make upgrading straightforward. Is there anything that I can do to keep my custom scripts separate (other than something like prefixing custom script names with an identifier). Thanks for your quick response.
