Major alignment issues with naked edges...

Aha! I have started to solve this one. It seemed too simple, so I never thought of putting a number into the "divide larger than" option. Well, putting "1" in (arbitrarily) and also setting it to "all" made for a vast improvement. Granted, it also adds quite a bit more polygon data that will have to be rendered in C4D. But I guess I don't have much of a choice.
However, is there anything else that I can do to both refine the naked edge aliments, and keep the polygon counts manageable?
Also, what does that number I used for "divide larger than" represent? Is it a percentage, or a pixel-length?
