Hi shane, that sounds like a good option to add in.

Do you think it should still ask you for a projection direction when that is activated or maybe if you push a button to activate "use cplane" mode it should just automatically use the cplane's z axis direction and do the projection on that direction and finish right then.

That way it would be kind of a shortcut for putting it onto a cplane, maybe there could also be a dropdown that would let you decide between the Top, Front, and Right sides of the cplane.
