If you can, it might be helpful to post a sample (obviously not subject to a NDA) to give an idea of the type of work involved as well as some general guidelines for workload and expected completion times. Are you asking for someone to be able to follow a dimensioned napkin sketch and to be able to refine as input is given by engineers? Providing a bit more detail might be beneficial in narrowing your search.
