Thanks for testing it Michael, I'm glad that second one solved the problem. The messages the magic mouse was sending were a little unexpected - it sends a "gesture begin" message but then says 0 fingers were touching (I had thought it might say 1 but it doesn't seem to since that's what my first try was looking for).

But now that I know what it does I can treat it as an exception to the new scroll processing.

So the next beta will have this update in it.
