Hi PaQ - it seems to work ok in V2. I'll have to investigate what's going on in v3 with it, thanks for posting the file.

I do have some modifications in v3 on closed fillet cases to improve the smoothness of the seam area of the fillet (that's something you had asked for if you remember) and maybe it's some bad side effect from that modification.
