Ok, for the second one unzip the attached and copy the 2 files into the commands folder. That will then make a new command called Polyface available.

It works the same as polyline except when it's finished it will do the same thing as selecting it, running Construct > Planar on it and then deleting the polyline curve. So it will generate a trimmed face when it is finished instead of a polyline.
