Does anyone know of a file conversion program for ths .slf file format, which is used by the old SLIDE program?
It is composed mostly of Faces, quad points, and some surface patch graphics. There is no vertex information.
It seems to be an old 3d format. There is very little google information.
I'm currently stripping away all but the quad points, with excel, for future point import to MoI. This may be all
that is necessary, so it is not worth spending much time on a translation program.
If an amateur programmer were to attempt a simple "translation," which 3d format would be easy to convert to, PLY, OBJ,
STL...?
