There are a couple of versions of Nudge floating around out there, so make sure you've got the one mentioned right there.
Then you can add the word "Large" or "Small" at the end of the shortcut and that will make the nudge go in either a larger or smaller step.
So put something like: Shift+LeftArrow in the key part, and Nudge Left Small in the command part.
