Like other scripts, the scripts will work 2 ways:
1. Tab paste return.
or 2. Make an Option Shortcut key. I used Ctrl+Shift+S.

Was going to make a spherical spiral script, but no need, forgot about twist.
Here is half an ellipse, with twist, and sweep:
