I have a profile and want to revolve it into a ring, can do it sweep, but want to try revolve, setup my profile, created my rail, can not get my profile to revolve around my rail.

I thought I had done before but can not get it this time. can someone please explain how to do this.

I have attached my moi file, the profile is the red rectangle, profile is the 16mm circle (I'm working in mm)
