Firstly I would like to say, Flow , is great it had no trouble placing the fleurs on this ring. :)







now to the problem, this ring was made from a profile and sweep+rail (instead of Revolve + rail) (don't know if that makes a difference?)

I can apply a .2 fillet to both "top" edges has shown, but it will not apply the same 0.2 fillet to the bottom edges, I can not see any differences in the edges.
