is this feasible?

When i fillet two lines that are not both parallel to any of the system axes, moi offers a quadrant snap (based on the system axes). Many times, e.g. when tracing a freeform curve along the filleted straight lines, i woul like to be able to snap to the midpoint of the fillet curve.
