This was due to a bug in the geometry library, I've fixed it for the next beta so that it will complete in one pass. But there are a couple of incorrect cuts made still, in a couple of places where multiple cuts cross each other in a very slight amount. These kind of small slivery intersections can be difficult to calculate.
