Please see attached 3dm

I want to create a 0.06mm fillet at the corners of the top surface and the side surfaces. I have tried:

- Fillet tool. Didn't work.
- Create a dia 0.12mm pipe (sweep) along edge to use as trimming surface, then blend. Didn't work, wouldn't trim.
- Offset surfaces by 0.06mm to use as trimming surfaces, then blend. Didn't work, wouldn't trim.
