Click on View Images of the wireframe version, and unhide to see the three source images which were sketched over. After flat creation of the hexagons of the pavilion and crown, they were moved up and down in the z direction, to match up with the side view image.

It seems that the cut sheet has insufficient information to exactly make the cuts, must be part of the "art."
