Ok - posted a new v3 beta at http://moi3d.com/beta.htm - this has some bug fixes to fix up some issues that were reported with Flow that cropped up in the last beta and also there are some tweaks to Twist - you can change the angle to see the twist update before deciding to finish the command and also when you enable "Limit to axis" there will be 2 additional controls that pop up for "Ease in" and "Ease out" to give you some control over how the blending works.

Sometime tomorrow I'll gather up combined release notes.
