Hi Klingbeil, no the mouse buttons are already used for other stuff like viewport navigation, and right-click works as an alias for pushing the "Done" or "Cancel" button.

You can assign commands to shortcut key combinations though, and maybe your mouse driver has a way to send a keystroke to an application when you push a particular button, if you've got a special kind of mouse with extra buttons on it.
