For MoI it doesn't really make much difference - any newer nVidia or ATI GPU will be fine.

You probably want to get one of those (either nVidia or ATI graphics) rather than an Intel based one though if possible because those are often less powerful overall.

But one of the features of MoI is that it can run fine on more modest video cards, it doesn't require a really advanced video card in order to run. You'll probably want to base it more on what the other software you want to run requires.
