Hi Rich_Art, looks most likely to be a problem with Flow - that kind of display thing will happen if there is a problem in the trimming boundaries. Maybe something along the lines of not quite enough accuracy in the deformed edges. It will take some detailed investigation to figure it out.

Can you post or send to me a version of the file _before_ doing the flow but with it all set up to do it? If I can repeat the flow over here and repeat the problem then that will give me something to work with for testing a fix for it as well.
