Moi flipping polygons on export.

I have been having a problem with Moi not exporting objects with the correct normals. Meaning the polygons are flipped when I import the model. I can just flip them later but then it messes up the normals and gives incorrect shading.

I have only had the problem when trying to convert IGES files that I have received from other engineers. Unfortunately I can't post the files. Any idea how to fix this?
