re: IGES with colors - MoI does actually support reading color information from IGES files, open the attached colors.igs for an example.

Maybe there is something about how your particular IGES files are structured that is not supported though - can you possibly send me one of the files (the smallest one would be best) that does not work so I can take a look at it? re: colors out to SketchUp - currently style information is only written to OBJ and LWO mesh formats. Basically styles were a new feature of v2 and have not worked their way down to all export formats yet, but I do expect to work on this for v3. SketchUp format export was also a new feature for v2 and the first priority for it was just to get basic geometry transferring.
