Hi Burr, it is the one that is closest to the mouse that will be targeted. In that case both the front and back side ones are equally close to the mouse (as measured in 2D on the screen) so it is kind of up to random calculation noise or their implicit ordering as far as which one is processed first.

That's something that could be tuned up in the future when the area of point editing gets improved, right now that are of surface control point editing is not really fully finished yet.
