Sorry, I don't really understand what this part means.

Maybe you are zooming in too much? That could also cause some difficulties.

Just in general if you have a small area of the screen that is complex and it is hard for you to pick the exact points that you need because there are a lot of snaps in that area, you need to zoom in to that area so that the points of interest are not so tiny on the screen.

Don't zoom in so closely that you can't make sense of what it is that you are working on either though.

Also if there is a lot of other stuff getting in your way you should try to hide the other stuff to unclutter your working environment. That's also another thing that is a good habit to get into - try to hide things sooner rather than later, if you are struggling with too many things getting in your way.
