Hi Richard, there isn't currently any way to do these.

Object colors I don't think will be ready for V1, I've kind of lumped object properties along with grouping and object management system stuff that I have postponed until V2. I know this is a bit weird, but in time this will get fixed up.

I should be able to cook up something for the lighting pretty easy though, I've had it on my list for a while I'll see if I can jam that out now for the next beta... It will probably just be a new scriptable method that will allow triggering it by a keyboard shortcut.
