Keyshot. The lighting/color might be a little bright, but it is very close to the actual material. Some sort of cast aluminum (investment cast?). Of course the engine I have on hand is a little dirty...
Keyshot's biggest downfall: lack of materials and/or types of materials. It's been a PITA finding something that looked right for this cast aluminum.
I wish I knew max better, so I'm working on it, but right now I can't match the keyshot output. I know max can, but I don't know how.
I'm new to this whole rendering thing... cut me some slack, eh... ;-)
