Please make sure, you have the current version of
- Alibre Design V2011.0.0.60 (32 or 64 bit)
- KeyShot 2.2.45

Alibre settings:
- File -> Properties -> Display -> Minimal Circular Facets: min. 36 --- max. 64 -> F5 -> Save
