Hmmm, I'm not sure but sometimes with .swf files there may actually be 2 of them generated - one that has just the animation itself, and then another that has the player controls and I think that then loads the animation.

So if you have something like that with 2 .swf files generated try embedding the other one instead and see if that helps.
