Hi Brent, that problem is caused by an incompatibility between IE8 and MoI version 1.0 .

There were some changes in IE8 that caused the "OK" and "Cancel" buttons to not appear properly in the original MoI 1.0 version.

If you download and run the version 1.1 update patch from here: http://moi3d.com/download.htm then that will update your current 1.0 installation to be version 1.1 instead, and version 1.1 can then run fine under IE8.
