Hi Big sister - could you possibly post a file that has the circles in it that you want to construct a tan/tan line between? Then I could show you exactly where to click to do it.

The main part that can be tricky is that the first point that you place on the first circle must be somewhere in the general area (like with 100 pixels or so) of where the final tan/tan line is going to be, if the first point is too far away the tan/tan snap will not engage. It does this because the tan/tan snap unlike other snaps modifies that previous picked point and if it moved it a really far distance that could be strange in some cases where you were not wanting to get that particular snap.

But if you can post your particular circles I can do a demo for your particular case to show you where to click.
