Good Evening, all...

The prototype attached is ready for 3D printing. I want to thank Michael, Danny and BurrMan for their help. I have tested virtually every 2D, CAD, CAM, 3D and Nurbs software packages available. Only MOI was able to provide all that I needed. There are some unique features that would be very difficult to reproduce with the normal wooden pattern. The most important, is the ability to make minor changes and check the impact on cubic volume while insuring that the center of gravity remained directly in the center. The attached has the weight around the inner perimeter. The next will have the weight around the outside. MOI has opened an exciting opportunity to develop unique designs not normally possible.
