Hi blackhoney, v2 was released just a few months ago. V3 will be a pretty long ways out, probably more than a year from now although I will start to release beta test versions much earlier than that.

Right now I'm still in a period of doing some research and experimentation on some stuff in between the v2 and v3 release cycles.

So no, v3 is not imminent it's quite a ways off for the v3 final release.
