I should be able to set something for that up.

Would a command that had a sequence like this work:

Pick point P1
Enter distance L1
Pick point P2
Enter distance L2
Pick point, intersection point closest to the picked point is taken.

Or would you want a different sequence, like pick both points first and then enter the distances?
