sorry I haven't visited the MoI forum for a few days, since we are very busy. The problem you are experiencing is related to the 3rd party copy protection system. It is having some weird issues we cannot always reproduce. If you start the license manager from the start menu you can send me the Installtion ID. Then I can send you an unlock code which should do the trick. Why this error appears in the first place I cannot tell, unfortunately.
