Hi Chris, as far as performance speed goes there won't really be any difference between MoI running on 64 or 32 bit windows.

The main difference between those for MoI is that the total amount of memory that MoI is able to use is about twice as much on 64-bit windows, so if you are making very heavily detailed models running on 64-bit windows can help with problems related to running out of memory.
