Hi Malte, welcome to the forum and to MoI!

I'm really glad that you're having fun modeling with MoI.

Yeah, definitely booleans work much better in a NURBS modeler than in polygons. If you have a sort of manufactured mechanical type of object, that can come together better and more quickly with NURBS.

Other kinds of models like more organic shapes, faces, creatures, etc... tend to suit polygons better.

So it's nice to have both kinds of tools available, because different kinds of models can be more suited for one or the other.
