Here I am again with fillet problem. :) :)

I have two similar/same scenes and two different problems.

In this scene: around_2.3dm
I can create fillet on the sphere but not on the edge of the part protruding through the sphere.

I the scene: around_3.3dm I can create fillet on the part protruding through the sphere and not on the edge of the sphere.

Any idea??
