All UAC is is trying to run your computer as a limited user instead of an administrator, yet still Allow you to run applications that were not designed for limited user run. It defeats any security you try to setup if you can run your application without being an administrator. A common pitfall in business security... "You've got a $275,000 network and pay an IT guy big bucks to make it function securely, Then load the company application that requires installation on the root C drive and to be run as Full Administrator!!!" LOL

Anyway...If you surf porn and view all the latest hot chick pictures...Leave it on. If you work on your computer. Turn it off.... :o
